We strive to provide our team with all the necessary tools and resources to ensure that we can help our community to the best of our ability. Most deaths during childhood take place during the first year of life,  more specifically the first month of life (the neonatal period/ the earliest time of life). Neonatal mortality accounts for roughly 48% of deaths of all infant deaths. In comparison to death rates in 2022 of children under the age of 5, which was 47%. Statistics call attention to the crucial need for improvement in healthcare and advocacy to educate families on preventative measures that can be taken to reduce infant mortality.
